Westfield Heating & Air Conditioning

My husband and I purchased a heat pump and had it installed about 2 years ago it has not worked correctly since their initial installation. We have had to call them several times only to be told there's nothing wrong finally a year and a 1/2 later after much frustration they came out again and discovered that in fact there was something wrong the entire time.had nothing but problems. The owners the most unprofessional person I've ever met in my life never ever would I recommend this company. In fact I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Westfield installed AC and replaced 45 year old furnace. The crew did a great job, had everything done including clean up, in 4 1/2 hours. I will recommend Westfield to anyone I know who need heating or AC work. They were also the most reasonably priced out of all the estimates I received.
