Slife is awesome!! My heating went out on Christmas Day (terrible timing, I know) and my house dropped down to 46 degrees. I called Slife and Mark came right out and fixed the issue immediately. He was kind, knowledgeable and communicative. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Mark and Slife were a lifesaver during my time of need and I can’t thank them enough. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Disappointed in my experience with Slife. My initial interaction was very positive; I requested an estimate on a full HVAC system replacement and had someone at my house within a couple of days to perform the estimate. The gentleman I worked with was pleasant and professional. Then he left and I never heard back. After a little over a week I reached out. No response. Fast forward over a month and I have tried emailing, calling, and leaving voicemails. About 10 different attempts to contact over a span of 5 weeks. I have tried reaching out to the tech directly and through the company's main phone number. Still nothing. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt during this crazy time of the year but unfortunately this has been utterly unprofessional.
Great local caring team. They have done a lot of work for us and the service is great. They put a new AC unit in a couple years ago, into an old Lakewood home and it has been a game changer.
Was told by another company that I needed to replace my furnace, got a second opinion by Slife, he took a look and assured me it was fine the other company was just trying to get commission. Inspected everything for free, left me his card for any future problems. Greatly appreciated.
Use slife for our semi-annual AC/furnace inspections and have recently used them for a brand new Lennox furnace/AC install. Very well-priced, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend slife.
Highly recommend Slife! They redid all of our duct work, installed a new furnace, AC, and a Mitsubishi unit for our attic, and after nearly three years we're still extremely satisfied customers.
Slife does our regular furnace and AC checks annually. However, recently we had a heat outage early one morning. Slife sent a repair person almost immediately. They were able to access our furnace though we were at work and resolve the issue quickly, but noted another problem at the time. They called for authorization to fix the problem but by the time we were able to return the call the technician had already left our home. Once we returned the call, the technician was immediately dispatched back to our home to complete the 2nd phase of the repair. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and was very reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Slife for all of your heating and cooling needs.
Fantastic, fast and thorough service! Woke up, 30 year old furnace was dead and house was cold. Friend recommended Slife. Called them at 8am, immediately spoke with a pleasant, real person who took the details and said a rep would be out within an hour... and he was! Problem resolved (minor, but showstopper) and tested 3x within an hour at a super generous price. And all this in the middle of “stay at home” too. Cannot more highly recommend Slife!
