Their drivers honk and drive aggressively towards cyclists. Breaking traffic laws to come within inches of people on bikes. This blatant disregard for laws, professionalism and most importantly, human life makes me wary of trusting them with anything in my home.

You call to get a quote or just ask general service questions. Instead of getting service, they ask for your address, name, number, and then they tell you someone will call you in the next 2 days. Why would you operate a business like this? Mind you this was during normal business hours.

Called after hours for a technician. The technician that I got in touch was rude, condescending and made it clear that he wasn't interested in helping us get our AC on. Maybe there shouldn't be an answering service for after hour calls if the company doesn't want to take the job. I'll never call this company again no matter the situation.
