Northeast plumbing is re-plumbing my bathroom to make it safe and easy to use for my disabled grandmother. They gave me a fantastic quote compared to other companies and knowing this was time sensitive they started work right away. Tim and Ryan are very professional and have no issues answering my questions. I have used them before to help with plumbing issues in another restroom in my home and they sent Hayden out and he did a beautiful job fixing our shower. Thank you!

arrived right on time to do the big job. They were professional, yet friendly. They're a fantastic team! They are organized. They communicate well and their skills must compliment each other very well. They worked independently, and as a team on several tasks on different floors. They were even tidy!

We were told to expect a full day job. The work was completed by lunch. Everything was done professionally and correctly. Our crumbling pipes were efficiently replaced. Valves replaced. Work done on our bathroom as well.
We spoke with Chris. Bill, the plumber who aren't within a short time after our initial call. Diagnosed the problem. Stopped thee leak. The administrative staff, and Hayden and Dale.
This is a top notch business. A truly professional team. The price was very reasonable.

Tim and Nick did a great job with snaking out our really long drain that had been blocked and blocked my main toilet and bathroom. Kudos to them for braving work every day! Both nick and Tim were very professional and Tim explained the process very well.

They did a fantastic job installing a Moen Annex shower head system! They were able to send someone out the same day I called. Reasonable prices and everything turned out great. Highly recommend them.

This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this company. Two technicians came to evaluate and reinstall a leaking toilet, and determined the need to replace the original flange from 1937 with a repair flange. Within an hour, I saw that the toilet was still leaking out of the room into the basement. I called and requested these techs to come back, but instead I got a young tech who told me he is only 3-4 years into the business, but started recommending jackhammering through my floor to do massive work on the flange and pipes. I had a different company come out, and that plumber not only found issues with how NorthEast's work was done, but also did real troubleshooting. He found that the problem was with a hairline fracture in the toilet itself. This has ended up costing me well over $1,000 for plumbing services on a toilet, and NorthEast was going to jackhammer through my floor - all because the young tech and the owner looked at "pictures".
This company needs to ensure that senior techs are checking the work of younger techs. Work should have a warranty. And DO NOT recommend major construction projects until you have done the due diligence and completed all troubleshooting first. I will never work with this company again, and urge anyone who does to get other quotes/estimates before moving forward. You never know if they know what they are doing, or just looked at a picture and jumped to the big-ticket repair.

Run. What could be a minor issue became a $900 issue in a matter of minutes. The individual they sent out showed a total lack of knowledge about plumbing and older Lakewood homes.

We’ve used Northeast for toilet maintenance and installation a few times. They are now my “go to” plumbing service. They respond quickly and finish the job quickly and professionally. Their technician, Bill, has been especially helpful.

Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical did an amazing job. The owner himself came out and took care of our garbage disposal. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional it was nice dealing with an experienced plumber and not a young technician. His prices were extremely reasonable even for a Saturday call. I highly recommend Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical.

From scheduling to completion, I had great service. The staff who scheduled and reminded me of my service was very professional. They called me and said Tim was able to come by earlier, which was helpful. After he unclogged my kitchen drain, he gave me a couple tips on how to self care for the drain so it doesn't get clogged again. Very good experience!
