DeSplinter 72 Degrees® Air Conditioning & Heating

We have been working with 72 Degree H&C for about ten years. Service has always been great, and Jeremy makes sure to check his work. Thankfully he did as he found a need for adjusting our furnace to improve efficiency and reduced emissions. The whole crew seem to know what they are doing and follow through on the work. During the coldest part of the year so far our furnace broke unexpectedly. We called Tinmen and they came out to take a look. Bruce was so helpful and professional and he didn't push or try to upsell us. He explained the situation in a way we could actually understand, offered us all our options for repair or replacing our furnace, and actually took the time to answer all of our questions. We were scheduled quickly but someone came by to drop off space heaters for us anyway so we wouldn't be uncomfortable in those 2 days while we waited. Joe and Jason came and replaced the furnace in less than a day and had our house toasty again. They were also very sweet to our two extra needy dogs and were super easygoing. Since then they also replaced our thermostat and have made sure we are 100% happy with our new furnace. I really can't recommend them enough to friends, family, or strangers. I recently moved to Ohio from a humid location in the middle of winter. My new house was warm, but too dry for me. I called 72 degrees and they had someone come out within a few days to see how they could install a humidifier on the furnace. It was a little challenging because of the small space and lack of water drainage, but they came up with a great solution and got the work done promptly. I’m happy with their work and will recommend to others.
