Our furnace went out on a record cold day, the day before Christmas Eve, with 30 guests expected at our home the next day 😫 The owner of 72 degrees, Bruce, came to our rescue at 7:15 pm! Fast same day service can't be disappointed with that. One star rating has to do with the 400% mark up on the part needed. I called the office to discuss and the owner would not take my call and told the receptionist that he would not adjust the cost of the part. This is very sad. I got charged $300 dollars for 20 min of troubleshooting and a part that costs $180.00 dollars wound up costing me $500.00 dollars. Total repair was over $800 dollars.

72 Degrees installed our HVAC system when we built our house and has serviced it since. We've had some unusual challenges, and Bruce and Tom have always been responsive and kept working at it until those challenges were resolved. They are timely, on-time, highly professional, very knowledgeable, and excellent problem solvers.

We've been using 72 degrees for 16 years. Always great workers, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. They found an unknown CO2 leak last winter and saved our lives! Our new water heater and furnace install were reasonable and the best quality available. The owner stayed until 9 at night to fix our AC this summer. We never want to go anywhere else for our cooling and heating needs. Top notch, from the office staff to the technicians.

Bruce came by to quote some work around my house. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave me plenty of options for all of the issues in my home. He also took the time to show me how to clean my air filters and educated me on the current equipment that I had. Couldn't be happier with the quality of service.

Tony and Paul did an excellent job with the install and clean-up. The system is running beautifully.
