Outstanding Heating and Cooling

Highly recommend Outstanding Heating and Cooling! I have had both small and large jobs with them and they do excellent on new builds, retrofits, and repairs.

Trent and the team at Outstanding Heating and Air have provided outstanding service and support for our home for many years. When the time came to replace our equipment, Trent made sure to rightsize the systems. That actually resulted in downsizing two of the units. This was a large project which was completed both on-time and on-budget. Highly recommend Outstanding Heating and Air for all HVAC service and support.

My experience with OHC has been great. Customer service, technician knowledge (I have a geo thermal system) , and general support has met my expectations. They show when promised, make recommendations to improve my system. This led me to sign up for maintenance service. I have been doing this for two years. The management team also worked me to get help in area that they were not responsible for. Truly great customer care and service.

I can not say enough good things about Outstanding Heating & Cooling. Helpful, friendly, tidy and always pleasant to work with. Service tech Sean is 'Outstanding'...LOL...what a great employee to represent the quality of this company. Just one example of the high level of customer service this company has always provided.

Incredible Service. They were quick, helpful, and extremely reasonable. I’d previously been told I needed a complete new unit. $100 later, my A/C was running perfectly. After Kevin completed the repair, I told him what the previous company said. “Call me if you have any problems. Just call me.”

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Prompt response time and thorough job. Above and beyond what I ever expected. Means a lot when contractors take pride in what they do. Drastic difference in my home after the repairs by Outstanding were completed :)

For starts Eddie shot me straight and explained that I need the system I got. Not a bunch of bells and whistles...
Next two fellers show up and get it done in one day (and I still cannot remember their names). They were rough around the edges but man they were focused and worked my system as if this was their home. Things did not go as planned, BUT.....
They sent a guy out to troubleshoot my system and he fixed it withing the hour and his name is Zach. Overall experience was very good and Eddie was involved with me every step of the way.

This is a great company and the employees were awesome. Frank was extremely nice/helpful and found us rebates that he applied for. When the unit arrived and was banged up, he was able to get it replaced to make sure we were satisfied. They did a lot of work in the basement and stayed out of the way. Everything looked awesome afterwards. I already recommended and sent people their way.

I spoke with Eddie, he helped me choose a replacement HVAC system for the failed unit in my home. Part of my duct work needed redone; I simply had to say "Lets do it right" and it was fixed! As an added bonus to having a working heat pump, the air in my basement is no longer stagnant thanks to some minor duct design changes. I'd definitely recommend Outstanding heating and cooling for all HVAC needs!
