Eddie and his crew did a fantastic job on a new furnace and A/C unit install. From the estimate to the installation, everything was smooth, on-time, and totally transparent. Our AC compressor failed at 16 months, the compressor was under warranty but the labor was not. Kevin worked Bryant and my home builder and got it taken care of with no cost to me. Technicians and office staff are professional. Would definitely would recommend Outstanding Heating and Air.

We have had personal contact with quite a few of their employees from the sale process and installation of a new furnace and a/c unit to seasonal maintenance and we have been so pleased with all interactions we have had with them. Shane was excellent. He understood my situation financially and went out of his way to make sure I only paid for required maintenance. He also took the time to explain and show how I can maintain my current system throughout the year to make sure it runs most efficient and smoothly. I called this morning and had my AC system working by the end of the day. One of the larger companies couldn’t come out until over 10+days later. Another large company told my an outrageous repair cost and then tried to push a $10k new system. I highly recommend Outstanding AC.

I can not say enough great things about the high level of service and professionalism that my wife and I received from the Outstanding team. From the sales process, to the installation, to service after the sale. Trent and his team did a marvelous job. Installation team was clean, polite, and worked quickly to replace both the furnace and the AC. I didn't think that a furnace could renew a house and make me love my house again. We are experiencing a higher level of comfort, while running our house about 5 degrees cooler. Cant wait to see how the new AC unit runs this summer.
