Outstanding Heating and Cooling

For businesses like Outstanding Heating and Cooling I really wish you could more than 5 stars! We recently had a cooling problem at our house. Outstanding fixed the problem within 12 hours. Kudos to Eddie Bennett and the the team at Outstanding, sensational job!!

Trent came out today to give me a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner for our house. He surprised me with his honesty saying he would not replace my current HVAC system, I could still get several good years of life out of it. He still offered to give me a quote if I wanted one. Trent was very professional, friendly, honest,and informative. Thank you so much for being so helpful and honest. Would gladly do business with them in the future

Thanks Eddie. Our AC went out over the weekend so we contacted Outstanding for a second estimate on a HVAC system, we were told by a service tech from another local company that our AC needs replaced and could not be fixed. Our unit is almost 20 years old so we were not too surprised but just didn't feel right based on the amount time the tech took to diagnose the problem (a couple minutes of doing nothing much). I decided to call around and thankfully I got Eddie, he came by this morning and was right on time. The first thing he said to us was "lets see if we can fix it before we talk about anything". Guess what - he found the problem, fixed the problem, saved us thousands $$, and house is nice and cool. He knows his stuff, is OUTSTANDING!!! We will be calling him back to replace our system in the future.

When they say outstanding they mean it. eddie and Mike are the best. Installed a zoning unit in my house and already feels better.

No need to go anywhere else! We had a duct come loose in our attic, and even though it was a minor repair, they were able to get out the same morning I called. Russell, our technician was helpful, kind, and answered all my questions. We will definitely be returning for any future HVAC needs. Thank you!
