Had gentleman out. Heat was not working. He blew my transformer on my heat unit and then charged me to replace it. Called company about it and ask for a refund for item her blew, no refund given. Now, went to turn my air on and it doesn't work. Most likely due to something he blew when he blew my transformer.

Outstanding Heating and Air professionally installed a whole house furnace humidifier. They were very responsive and timely after requesting an installation. The installation team was very clean and thoroughly explained the operation and maintenance of the unit. They problem shot connection of the humidifier with my existing Google Nest thermostat and did not leave until everything was in working order. service technician was prompt,polite, and efficient. Upon completion of maintenance and inspection he explained what he did and what he found, if anything. All in all a very pleasant experience.
