I wheat with this place due to 5 star rating,,..my tech was very friendly professional my concern is that he told me he had to replace a part and told me price of part plus labor which I agreed too, however after he replaced part he he couldn’t fix unit still due to not being able to hook up his equipment,,..I gues my concern was Or is why not let me know that prior replacing parts so now I’m out price of labor, service fee and price for replacement part for $301 and Back exactly where I started but $301 less in my pocket ..,like I said the tech was nice just doesn’t seem fair ,,,normally our told what needs to be done to fix which I was fine Amd paid for parts to later be told no still can’t fix,,,to be honest It’s very disappointing considering your rating ..the tech said he was sorry however he is not the one out $301 and still not working seems hardly fair
