John was professional and thorough in his evaluation of our HVAC system. He had pictures of everything showing exact damage to our unit. He explained everything in detail helping us make the correct decision.

John did an outstanding job. Was very courageous, informative and very professional. He is someone you want to show up to your home. Then Rob, Lance & Andrew were the installers for our HVAC.These gentleman were wonderful! Professional beyond belief. Highly recommend.

The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He spent time showing my husband how to control the thermoset on his phone. He was very patient.would reccomend Apollo.

Was a bit challenging for 2 months. But after today's visit with JD and numerous staff we are back up.Tyler and JD worked together with several other's that worked hard to replace multiple parts. At the end of the day these two men put there heads together with all the years of knowledge solved all our issues. Let's also give a shout out to the the ladies in the office that needed to deal with my constant calls. In my opinion they all deserve a gold ticket from office staff to the multiple men that responded to our needs. One complaint was explained to JD and I was promised he would handle. Thank you to everyone.

George was great, professional and answered all my many, many questions! I appreciated that! So far I am very pleased. Later, I’ll be able to speak to the quality of the install. I have high hopes based on my experience so far.

They were delayed but for an emergency which was understandable, but they came the next day and were extremely polite and offered a lot of advice for future work and projects we want to do. Very fast, efficient and know their jobs very well!!
