Apollo Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing were a solid company to do business with. Their phone issues this day didn’t stop them from reaching out after my failed call attempts. They were prompt, courteous, and got James dispatched to my house within 20min of the call to replace my hot water tank. James was a professional! He was thorough, fast, and explained the entire process to as he was going through it. Great company and great workers! I will not hesitate to call again after todays great experience!

Apollo was very professional & timely. I called the office at 8:50pm Friday night because my furnace would not kick on; I was told by other companies that I'd have to wait until Monday at earliest to get someone here. (It's February, in NEO....that's a long time without heat!)
Apollo had late hours, assured me someone could come out Saturday & kept me informed to ETA throughout the day.
Clayton arrived within 20min of my notification and was very professional and helpful. He explained what was going on, as well as explained option to how my HVAC system can be improved.
Overall he was in and out within 90min and my heat is back on!

Very polite, knowledgeable employees. They have been quick to respond for repairs on boiler that they installed for us. They keep you informed regularly when working for you. Boiler not quite a year old and has some problems, but they have been quick to respond. So far all dealings have been good.

You can literally pick any other plumbing/hvac company and have a better experience than you would have with these people. The tech came over, fumbled around with the burner on my hot water tank, took 20 min to get a screw on and then told me the whole thermostat needed replaced but if I buy the part then they’ll install it free. I’d like to note that he said the install was free BEFORE he took my $98 diagnostic fee and left. I was able to order the part and when I called back, the manager plumber told me it wouldn’t be free and would cost $560. I asked why I was told it was free and got an “I don’t know but I’ll make sure I have a talk with him”. So the tech got “talked to” and I’m out $98. Funny thing is I used this company in the past for an unrelated issue and got subpar service then, maybe it’s my fault for giving them another shot.

Mike was great! He was professional and very knowledgeable. He helped me on my issue and shared his experience on other items going on in a total bathroom renovation that I’m doing myself.

Clayton was very patient with me while I asked several questions. He assisted me with making the best financing decision. I was very comfortable with him and did not feel pressured. Clayton preformed my heating system maintenance. He and Brad replacement my old water heater. I was extremely pleased that they were able to install the new water heater the same day. Great job!!

Austin and Dave were great they worked from the time they got here until they finished the job. Very consistent and professional. Explained everything that was done and how it works. Like being in a classroom. They were so nice and a pleasure to have them do the job.
And let's not forget George he was just awesome and very laid back. Explained everything . I had no questions when he finished explaining. A very professional group of young men.

I do not have one negative thing to say about this company. I’ve never had such a thorough experience. They are very professional. My fiancé and I bought a new furnace and A/C unit. They were out the next morning for install. They even left a service log attached to the unit that they fill out each time they come. I was very impressed.

Very professional, thorough and informative. A no stress maintainence inspection. Office personally were very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with need of this service.
