I had great first experience with Jeff from Apollo. He was friendly, professional and put me at ease for the first time calling a plumber. It seemed more like I was talking to a friend than a service technician. I also appreciate the communications from the company itself. Glad I found Apollo!

Joseph and Austin installed both my AC and furnace. They were both very courteous and pleasant upon first meeting them. I was away from home while they installed the units. When I returned, they explained what was done, what to look for , and how to use them. The entire process only took around 4-5 hours. Very professional workers and job completion. Apollo Heating and Cooling are my go to source for heating, AC, and eventual plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company!

John showed up promptly and took me through step by step on every issue. He had a very friendly and honest demeanor about himself. I very much appreciated the up front attitude. Overall I rate his service a 6 out of 5 stars.

The guys were very punctual , personable , and genuinely showed interest in making sure our expectations were met ! Tyler, Joseph , Todd , and Richard were exceptional!! Nick was very involved with coordinating with the guys and myself to ensure the install went smoothly , and George did a great job presenting the products and offering options to try to stay within out budget! I had no problem going to work and leaving the crew in my house knowing they were respecting my property ! Dave did a great job as well with all the electrical work that was involved in the process of our install ! Would highly recommend!

Apollo heating and cooling were the first company who we were able to reach when we called after hours. Soon after they came out. Unfortunately we ended up needing a new AC unit. But the office staff and technician were fast, courteous and very polite.

Our experience with Apollo Heating and Cooling was great! The customer service person I spoke with (Amber?) was courteous and responsive.
The technician (Tyler) who came out to diagnose the issue was professional and friendly and gave us options for moving forward. He got our system back up and running so we had heat in the house.
Alan from sales came out to speak with us the very same day at a time that was convenient for us and clearly explained the options that were available.He is friendly and professional.
Our installers, Dave and Jimmy came out the very next day and did a phenomenal job installing our new system and removing the old. They were both friendly and professional, they left the service area in good repair and everything was neat and clean. Thank you Dave and Jimmy!!

We had Apollo install a new furnace and central air in our home last week, and we couldn't be happier! George, our sales rep visited our home and thoroughly explained the process and answered any questions we had. Jason, Matthew, Tyler, and Rob were the install crew. I was at work that day, but my wife says they showed up promptly, got to work and had it done in less than a day. She was quite impressed the way the crew worked together to get the job done! The finished product looks and works amazing, and Apollo now comes highly recommended by me!

Called Apollo because our furnace and AC units are 15 years old and we were looking to replace them. Ralph came out looked at our home, gave us a wide range of options, and was extremely professional and helpful. He was even able to set up installation for the very next day. Far exceeded our expectations. We’re looking forward to our new HVAC equipment.!!
Update- install went smoothly. After the team left we noticed a funny smell and wanted to make sure it was not gas. They sent someone right back to double check- it was all good (just the smell of new furnace). Thanks Apollo for being super responsive
