We subscribe to the yearly services on our A/C and furnace. He came out and was very friendly and polite, but mostly very tolerant of our pup who tried to give him slobbery kisses every chance he got. He cleaned up and tested everything and gave me a report. Plus, he even fixed our gate latch. We have been very pleased with the service we have received from them. 😊

We discovered our hot water tank was out this morning. I called them around 8:30 am they were here at 9am and replaced our old system and everything was completed by 1pm. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them to our neighbors.

They sent out Kyle Massie to check my AC as it had stopped working. He walked through and checked every part of the system and walked me through what was wrong and gave me multiple options. He also gave me good insight on what each part that malfunctioned did by explaining it in a way I could best understand.

This was for my water heater, and I want to commend Clay & his assistant Cory,it was a difficult fix. But he perservered and got it fixed. Very friendly, knowledgeable, polite. I would highly recommend them both!

John was absolutely amazing and explained everything he was doing as we had no idea what was going on! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything to us so we understood everything that was going on I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family! This time it’s 4-14-2023 and Branden came out for routine maintenance and he was very thorough and knowledgeable and also we have 5 dogs here and he even took the time to pet them so they wouldn’t be barking and acting crazy around him because he’s new! Every time someone from Apollo comes out they’re always super friendly and very quick and efficient! Thank you Apollo for such wonderful service and employees I will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family Mary Lou is usually the one that answers whenever I call them and she is the sweetest person ever! Thank you guys for going above and beyond with your customer service!

What a bad experience. We called appollo letting them know all we needed was a wax ring changed on a toilet. They said it would cost $98 for the service person to show up plus the cost of the repair. When they showed, the service man said it would be $600 plus the service call. $ 698 to change a wax ring. Apollo could have easily shared the $600 wax ring charge up front, which would have been rejected. Instead, they choose to show up for the $98 service charge, only to let you know their going too seriously over charge you. What an amazing business plan, you never have to do the work, just show up, over charge and collect the $98 service fee. Great job to the owner of this business, unfortunately your plan is short term and the word will get around.

Kyle was on time and very personable! He checked our ac unit and gave several suggestions for repair/replacement. Very happy with his professionalism!

As always, very happy with the service. Service repairman was polite, explained what he would be doing and stopped between multiple stages to show what was currently happening. Have never had a problem with Apollo, strongly recommend them.

Technician very professional and willing to share his thoughts on. My air-conditioner and his concerns with the advancing age of my unit. Very friendly and took his time to explain the operating system and what to expect from Apollo service and was a delightful young man. I'd give him 5 stars!
