Incredibly Friendly and down to earth for all 4 of the employees I have had interactions with so far. I have interacted with 2 technicians that have over 12 years experience and know every in and out of the system they are installing or maintaining. Always on time and courteous and will gladly answer any questions you have!

The team that was sent out to my home today was absolutely awesome! They were professional, kind, and funny! They explained everything in a way someone (me) who knows nothing about it could understand. They answered any and all questions I could think of and they even offered to buy lunch for the entire house. James did a great job assessing my issue with my water heater then installing a new tankless system and replumbing the area around my old system. He showed up on time and was very professional. He also used firmer connections than the push together kind that my last plumber used when they installed my old tank.
Additionally, he pointed out a non-plumbing related safety issue that he noticed when he was working on my plumbing and consequently I was able to get that fixed before something bad happened. I really appreciated that he told me about the issue rather than just letting me figure it out on my own in a terrible way. Thanks James.

Our overall experience was fantastic! Ralph was great! The installers Tyler and Joseph did a wonderful job. A plus was that they were great with my 4 dogs.

We had a leak in a steam pipe from the boiler. James and Jeff were amazing fixed it up in just a couple hours. They took photos and supplied all the details to the insurance company on our behalf. Would definitely recommend in the future.

We tried to install a programmable thermostat. Instead we couldn't figure it out and we were without heat. We called Apollo on a Sunday and they set up an appointment for the following day, Monday. Our tech, Gabriel connected with us at 7:43am. He arrived on time. Fixed our mistakes. He gave us pointers on our heating, cooling and tankless water system He suggested Apollo's maintenance contract. I readily signed up for an annual contact. We are very pleased.

John and Branden came out for a diagnostic on our A/C and they were very thorough and explained what the problems are very clearly. They were courteous and kind and I really appreciate their professionalism.

They arrived on time , were friendly and professional. It was a difficult job and took the time to do it right. They cleaned up before leaving. They even tolerated my husband watching them the entire 10 or more hours! Next morning Shaan came to check the entire system.
