John came out to check my air conditioning. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong with my unit, showed me the pictures and explained my options without trying to sell me anything. I decided to replace my 27 year old heating and air conditioning system. George came to measure my house and determine what would be my best fit. He gave me many options. He was great to work with. Joseph and Austin came in a couple days to install and were awesome. They did a great job and even worked with me on a special request.They cleaned up everything and explained what they did and how it worked. Definitely would recommend Apollo.

Very pleased with response time and professionalism with every member of their team. From the office to in the field. The tech John was very informative as was Allen also was not pushy to make a sale which was very nice also broke everything down to how it would work. Finally the installers Andrew, Justin and Lace were awsome. Came in knocked everything out and my house is now warm again! Thanks fellas! Definitely would recommend apollo services 👌

Initially, I had rated this company five stars after our first encounter with them. They came to our house the day I called and were able to replace the fuse that blew. They continue to send out very young techs, who are extremely polite and nice, however, are not seasoned enough to fix the issue that we have. Three weeks later, and I am changing my review to one star due to their inability to diagnose and fix our problem. We have a newer unit and our AC continues to stop working. They have been out to our house three times in the past three weeks charging us for different things that supposedly will fix the problem and they still have not fixed it. I at this time have to go with another company to come out and actually fix the problem. Will be contacting the customer service for a refund for the parts they charged us that did not fix the problem. Very disappointed. I rarely come back to change my review, but this really took the cake with waste of time, money, and resources.

John came out to check out our issues the very same day I called. We have a very old furance and AC unit so before contacting them I was already aware of the possibility of having to get new units. John was very informative and realistic about the situation. He gave us different options/opinions on what we can do. We did decide to have them send someone to give an estimate on new units, Steve. Steve was also very informative and friendly as well and offered a bunch of financing options and didn't try to upsell anything we didnt need. Wonderful company to work with. We even signed up for their membership which offers a lot of discounts and maintenance. They were also able to get installation scheduled as early as the next day, though we have ours schedule the day after that due to work.

We had a great experience with Apollo. John our tech was friendly and explained everything to us well. Our salesman was professional and we had two teams come install as we had our main heating and cooling units and then split for our addition. The teams led by Jimmy and Matthew were efficient and professional. A month later and we couldn’t be happier with the service and the units.

I had Apollo Heating and cooling & Plumbing company come out to service my AC Unit. Service tech was John. He was out standing kind and courteous. I walked with him though out the inspection. He explained everything that was going on with my unit. He was exceptional. Apollo was my first call. Vary happy and glad i did. Highly recommend!!!

We had a team working on our unit. I work from home and have 4 kids. They were respectful of our space, the noise level and cautious around my kids. They kept us in the loop with regular updates. Communication has been great since the beginning. Would absolutely recommend this company and will use their services again.

I had been dealing with a nightmare of an A/C situation for a while but everyone at Apollo was fantastic, professional, kind and prompt and was able to get my A/C installed within a week even after a few bumps along the way. Richard and Todd went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even made sure the holes they had to make in the house were patched up so nicely! You can hardly tell at all! Super happy with their service! Thank you!

We have used Apollo at our last 3 homes. They are thorough and always answer our questions. I never feel like they are trying to get us to buy things we don’t need. Great work!

John D did an excellent job walking us through what he was doing the entire time he was working on our furnace. He gave us lots of options at multiple price points. He was friendly and personable and found a few minor issues that he was able to resolve for us free of charge! Tammy was very friendly on the phones when scheduling our diagnostic visit and follow up appointment. Overall very satisfied with service so far and the value choice membership has already saved us over $100 with just the initial repair.
