The tech was nice, but after I rearranged my schedule to accommodate my appointment I had to call the company after he was an hour late. Not his fault, but they had an issue and someone was supposed to call, but didn’t. Tried to tell how close I was to needing a new furnace, when I found out from someone else that was not the case. Quoted a friend $4,200 hundred for a water heater, if she signed up for their maintenance program ($7.00/month). Otherwise it would be $4,800. My sister paid $3,900 for 2 (TWO!!) American-made hot water heaters installed by a company in Cuyahoga Falls. I would never use them for anything; not because of their work, but their pricing.

Tyler was very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He made me glad that I chose Apollo. Tyler spoke very well about his company, he shared many preventive maintenance tips, and he was very efficient

Kyle and Steve are helping me get a new furnace. They were so helpful and understanding. My husband is sick and having a really hard time and they made our decision so much easier and are extremely understanding with our situation. We're looking forward to doing business with this company!

Jeff took care of my plumbing issue in reasonable time he was professional and friendly… the only issue I have is the price was rather steep… overall I was satisfied with everything…

The technician s were very nice. My problem is that it is getting to the point that every time they inspect my furnace that is only 6 years old, they want to do more work. This time they wanted to replace the blower motor to the tune of over $1000. Iam beginning to think that all they want to do is get more work and take advantage of a senior citizen who is on a fixed income

John our service tech was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Appreciative of the detail he provided through photos and measurements of our system’s performance! And our dog likes him, too!

Starting with the ladies on the phone, very friendly and informative, along with updated phone calls and emails. Kyle came within 1 1/2 hours of our initial call, was very kind, courteous and professional. Once we determined how old our equipment was, it was time for furnace/AC replacement. The next day Ralph walked through everything and was also very kind, courteous and professional. Scheduling for the units to be installed was simple and very quick. Within 2 business days, Lance and Nick showed up, on time, very friendly, very informative, and efficient. Awesome employees all around, you all should be proud of yourselves. I will always use Apollo and definitely recommend you.
