I had Apollo give me a quote on a new central air carrier unit and the price was fair compared to the quote I received earlier that day. I agree to purchase their carrier system on Thursday at 5:00 PM and he the salemas Steve said they would be out tomorrow to do the install. Sure enough Friday the next morning the technicians Rob, Dave and Jimmy showed up at 9:00 AM after confirming with me they would be coming out. They performed the installation and were done in 5 hours all went perfectly very pleased with the quality of the product and the service received!

Apollo came highly recommended and I completely understand why! The entire experience from the initial conversation to installation was great. Ralph did a great job explaining all the details in a way I understood (newbie homeowner here) and the entire service team (Joseph, Todd, & Richard) were promptly on-time, courteous and friendly, and did a great job getting our home back up and running with heat and A/C. Very happy customer!

We unfortunately had to our A/C go out this week. We called Apollo and they were able to get someone out to inspect it same day. Ben was very helpful, honest and thorough. George was able to come out the next business day to get us a quote to replace our old unit. The install crew was outstanding. Andrew, Lance, Richard and Todd worked their butts off on one of the hottest days of the year, and got our system up and running. Everyone from start to finish was very professional, responsive, respectful and kept our house clean.

We had to replace the furnace & air conditioner. The sales rep was focused on what we wanted. He explained our options but was not pushy at all. New system installed faster than we were expecting. They did a great job! A quality tech guy checked everything over after everything was installed to make sure everything was working properly. I’m happy to continue working with them in the future.

We recently moved in to the area. We called Apollo for routine maintenance with the idea of looking to replace an old furnace in the future. Jon the maintenance technician was very thorough and explained everything. We found out they had a decent deal on new furnace so we had a new carrier furnace installed a few days later. Also new water heater and thermostat. That crew (Tyler, Todd, Joseph and Austin) we're all excellent. Recommend Apollo.

Purchased a home that ended up needing both AC units and one furnace replaced. I was not satisfied with the price and professionalism of the first company I call so I gave Apollo a call and immediately I could see the difference in the professionalism and knowledge level of their technician so I priced the repair and the prices were reasonable and some discounts and free maintenance was added so I had them install both of my AC units and the one furnace. Their service, responsiveness, follow up, and professionalism are all outstanding. I definitely recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

The Apollo team was great from start to finish. John, the technician that first came out to the house was very informative, honest, and helpful. George, the salesman, was likewise very friendly, trustworthy, and not pushy at all…I felt like he had my best interest in mind. Finally the crew that came to install the new equipment was also great! They were quick, respectful to my home and pets, and got everything running perfectly.

Considering the cost and the circumstance, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

John did a phenomenal job with the service from everything to answering all of our questions, giving honest feedback, and he was very thorough. We were able to schedule same day appointment after we used the online form and got a call within minutes to have the same day service. Stayed late to do a thorough assessment and we hope to have John at all our appointments with Apollo.

Great group of guys from the very beginning. Ralph honestly explained what we needed and what we would get. Joseph (pictured), Tyler and Austin were on time the next day. They wore 'booties' on their shoes and put down clean drop clothes on my floors. Very polite and knowledgeable! I could hear the guys laughing while they worked crawling around in tight spaces with many cobwebs. Happy employees makes for satisfied customers. When we are ready for a tankless water heater (wink to Tyler), there's no doubt who we will call. Thank you Apollo!

I was having an issue with my ac line freezing. Clay came out very quickly and knew what the problem was right away. He gave me multiple options for repair to pick from all with upfront pricing. After that he fixed everything we agreed upon and explained to me what everything was and how it worked. By the time he left everything was working great. I would definitely say I got a above and beyond service from Clay! I will recommend Apollo and Clay to anyone asking for heating and cooling work! Very pleased with their work!
