JFK Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing the heating and cooling system. The JFK Heating and Cooling Team was punctual and professional. I highly recommend JFK Heating and Cooling.

Called them around noon on Friday for emergency service because my furnance went out when it was 36 degrees and snowing. He said they wouldn't be able to come until Monday morning because he "already sent his guys home for the day". I asked him if he seriously expected me to go 3 days without heat during the wintertime and he said yes. Apparently he doesn't care enough about human safety and dignity to make a service call on a Friday afternoon or recall his workers for an emergency service call? I told him I had a 6 yr old and 2 yr old in the house, he still wouldn't help me. Unbelievable, almost criminal level of negligence. I'll never be trusting him again with the safety of my family. I called Lifestyle Comfort Solutions instead, they were at my house in under 2 hours and fixed the problem, even gave me a discounted price.
