All of the folks at JFK are great. Truly the 'mom and pop' type service. Gray was extremely professional and more than willing to answer all of my questions. He's one of those guys that you 'only want him' to work on your stuff. If everyone at JFK is like Gary, they will make you a customer for life.

JFK was the 3rd hvac company to come out and look at my issue. I already knew it needed to be replaced but Andrew my tech showed up at the exact time he told me he would. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me about the need to replace the unit.
That very same night Jason the owner called me to talk and review everything and talk about proceeding with the replacement.
They quoted me a very reasonable price and I gave them the green light to get started. Within 3 business days from me telling them to start they had the new equipment on site and installed.
I cant say enough good things about this company and I went through 2 others before them just to get to JFK HEATING and COOLING.

charged me $300 for modifications that were not needed. i called them and they said the mods were done, they were not needed to replace water heater. i have before and after pics.

Gary came out today. He was able to quickly find the problem. I was very impressed how timely this company is. I called at 10am and Gary was at the door at noon. I would highly recommend.

Had many of years of service with JFK Heating and Air and have not been disappointed.

This was a home warranty claim for our A/C unit. Received a call from JFK the same day as the claim was made. We'd never heard of this HVAC company before and we've had some bad experiences with some fly-by-night home warranty contractors before. However, scheduling was easy, the person who called was polite and professional (might have been the owner), and the tech who responded was very experienced in the field. Fixed our problem within a short time. Our experience with JFK was outstanding and we will use them in the future for both warranty and non-warranty issues.

My home warranty company contracted them to fix a hot water tank. Well needless to say they have been here 2 times and have not fixed anything. My home warranty company is just as bad as they are. We will never use this company again. They nickel and dime the home warranty company to maximize their pockets. Been without hot water since Monday. They came Thursday and again today on Friday for not even an hour without the part to even fix the hot water tank. Why did they even come oh that is right to charge for labor for nothing. Warning pay attention to who you have to come to your house. So now we must pay out of pocket for a real professional plumbing company to come to our house and fix our hot water tank. Oh and apparently I have been blacklisted by this company because I cursed at them she (Ember)cusses back as well. Do your job you get paid for and send a technician that knows what they are doing that doesn't have to call someone else to troubleshoot the problem.

It is hard in this day and age to find a company that is honest, trustworthy, and committed to quality service. My first interaction with JFK was when the company was new and since that day I have vowed to be a JFK customer for life.
