    Ember & Jason are great people and it shows in the way they operate. They were able to provide me a cost upfront that was fairly priced and one of the lowest quotes I received, and then they stuck to what they said they would do. They were able to schedule me NEXT DAY, and then on the day of my appointment the technicians, Rob & Colt, called ahead and were even a little early! Rob & Colt were friendly and helpful and had everything they needed ready to go when they showed up. They got the job done quickly and I could immediately feel the cold air pouring out the vents. HALLELUJAH!! Making payment was simple and hassle free and it was exactly how much they had told me it would be, no hidden fees or issues. They even shut the garage door for me when they left, which I really appreciated. Very respectful guys! I will definitely be calling JFK from now on and will refer them anytime I can.

    Furnace went out and JFK showed up much faster than I had expected. Turned out it was a problem with the thermostat. Honest as the day is long, top quality work and very professional. You will not find a better company for your Heating & Cooling needs. Highly Recommended. A++++

    EDIT to review last year. New heat pump and air handler unit was installed in July 2021. I am having issues with it freezing up and the fan not working on the outdoor unit now so I call a company out to diagnose and find out my warranty for 10 years covering parts was never registered so now I only have the 5 year warranty. So I call JFK and ask to speak to Jason Kirby the owner and Ember the receptionist proceeds to ask me what this is concerning so I proceed to tell her what happens and she immediately tells me they are not responsible for registering the equipment. In the middle of our conversation a man starts telling me they are not responsible for registering my equipment as he starts getting louder and louder and becoming more argumentative. I ask the man his name and he says Jason the owner. Jason continues getting louder and louder telling me it is not their responsibility to register the warranty nor tell me that I should register it to receive my 10 year warranty instead of 5. Nothing got accomplished except yelling at me, and poor customer service with this awful company and owner Jason Kirby. Go somewhere else.

    This was the 3rd time within the year we have had sewage and clog problems.
    Not only did JFK fix my problem. They were so professional. They took the time to explain exactly what was being done as well as cleaning up prior to them leaving.
    I recommend this Company . The pricing was also explained prior to them working on the problem. That did not change. Thank you JFK for enlightening a stress free day.

    Very prompt and curtoeus service. JFK always takes the time to answer my questions (I always have a bunch!). Excellent price and their work comes with a great warranty that covers labor too. Very happy with our new Bryant furnace. Hope the new air conditioner works just as well next summer. This business clearly values their customers. I have two friends who also had complete systems insted by JFK. One in 2018 and the other a few years ago. Both have nothing but good things to say about JFK and both of them are not easily pleased like myself.

    If you need work done on your AC, furnace, etc, CALL THESE GUYS!!! They saved our bacon for the summer. Our AC decided to die on us and we found out our furnace was also on it's last leg. Luckily, the weather cooperated since we had to go without AC for a week or so with scheduling and getting all the parts needed for a whole new heating/cooling system. They offer flexible payment options on their site, which is great if you're like us and weren't planning on any large project purchases. The technicians were super nice, answered all our questions, cleaned up, and were great with my large dogs needing breaks, (the area were they were working is right by our back door & I kept them in another part of the house so they weren't underfoot). And again, thank you, thank you, thank you!!
