They were the most sympathetic people that took the time to listen to our issue along with the drama behind it. If you want a business that treats you like a person and not a dollar sign, this is it. Having your A/C go out in the middle of the summer is not a great thing. Having a home warranty is helpful, but the timing can be tricky. Being honest, the last month has been brutal at times without air conditioning, but the fine people at JFK Heating and Cooling worked with the home warranty company and got us on the schedule as soon as possible.

Jim and Nick were talented, quick, professional, and friendly technicians who ensured that the work was done correctly and in a time efficient manner.

From phone conversations with office staff, to conversations with the technicians, it was a great experience from top to bottom. Would recommend them to anyone.

I’m a newer homeowner and they explained their work to me in a way that made sense so I could continue to take care of my HVAC system. Knowledgeable, friendly and they perform quick service! Jim was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our AC was in our vents. Jim and Bryce then fixed all our problems a couple days later. It has been over a month now, with a few scorchers and a recent heat wave, but we are cool and comfortable!

Thank you Zach for your promptness on a very busy day as my wife and our both working from home. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our hot water heater and set our expectations for a return visit to complete the job on our faulty water heater. I also appreciated the explanation of the issue and Amber’s sympathetic follow up with us to set the appointment since we played phone tag due a hectic weekend and a memorial service we attended on Monday.

Having HVAC issues is never fun, but this company knows how make it much better. They are friendly, easy to schedule and communicate with, and they know what they're doing. They charge what they must and that is all, no nickel and diming.

We have been working with JFK heating and cooling for over five years they are very professional and time efficient. Their prices beat Any competitor!! Every time they have been to my home they are very professional and their service techs are very knowledgeable and know exactly what to look for and what to do! Today Glenn and Tony installed a new AC unit and was very professional and efficient and getting my house cooled off again just in time for the hot humid weekend ahead !!
They are a great company !! Check with them prior to any other company for all your heating and cooling needs !!
