My kitchen sink clogged one evening and wouldn’t drain. I called JFK and they sent someone out the following afternoon! The plumber was quick and professional, and the office staff was very nice. I will definitely be contacting JFK in the future for any plumbing/hvac needs!

We were have issues with our Nest thermostat. Gary came out and fixed it for us. He was super nice and very thorough with figuring out what the problem was! You could tell he really knew what he was doing! He even stayed after the heat cut back on to make sure it continued to work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Great service!

I have known Jason and Ember for years and they are wonderful people! Friendly, dedicated and trustworthy! Jason has been in the industry for as long as I have known him. This guy knows his stuff. It is no surprise that he and Ember have created and sustained such a successful business.

Today we had a new furnace installed. Nick and Tony were great! They were right on time. Kind and courteous. They worked efficiently and had us up and running in just a few hours. Even took a minute to make friends with our neurotic dog. 😊

On several occasions I have called JFK for emergency service and if a tech wasn't available, Jason (the owner) came out himself. Not many companies can say that!

A few years ago we had a new AC unit installed by JFK. The installers worked tirelessly in sweltering heat to make sure the job was done correctly. They even took care of a potentially dangerous issue for us, as our water heater had not been vented properly. The installers noticed it and made the necessary repairs. If you want a company that genuinely cares about you call JFK!

I had a full furnace install. JFK was on-time, clean, meticulous, and best price overall. Highly recommend. I had JFK out again on 5/1/20 to replace a sump pump. Don was very professional, and thorough. It is such a relief to find a company you can rely on and trust.

Jim was punctual, friendly, and able to solve my problem at very little expense. I expected the cost to be much more. These guys are honest and won't try to sell you anything you don't need. I can't recommend this company enough, they are amazing!

Highly recommend the JFK heating and cooling team. Rick, Jim, and Dean were very professional and thorough during the inspection and fixing process of our HVAC unit (condensing coils).
