    Bob is the man!!! He came over to my home and was able to salvage a botched HVAC installation initiated by a previous installer. He was very punctual and could very well articulate to me what was wrong with my HVAC and he got it up and running in record time. This guy is very knowledgeable and if I was in the HVAC business I would try to steal him for my own company. Bob is the kind of employee that most people are looking for but seldom receive. So business owner, take good care of this guy because he represents you in the best way possible as if it was his own company that he was representing.

    Horrible, pathetic. First encounter with them was in winter, they fixed it and it worked for 4months. However, when summer came we had the same problem and the AC wouldnt cool the house. They came again and "fixed it" and it worked for 2days. Couldnt reach them for four days. Came back for the third time and didnt do anything when we called them they said they wouldnt be coming back because they cant handle criticism.

    I just have to say I found JFK Heating & Cooling on a Facebook page I follow. I read all the comments. As a single woman, I was very suspicious & filled with anxiety ...from the moment I called, to the diagnosis of my problem, to the installation... Jason explained everything to me. SHOUT OUT to Glen & Tony! They were professional, quick, efficient, and we are now very happy non sweaty people!
    I will definitely use JFK for ALL my HVAC needs & share how much they made this whole process easy on me.

    I had Gary come out to determine why my 2004 Carrier AC unit was not cooling properly. In 30 mins he determined and fixed the problem: replaced a bad contactor and added some missing Freon. Appears to be working fine now. Another contractor I had look at it said the whole AC system needed replaced and wouldn't fix it, but Gary managed to squeeze more life out of my unit. Thanks!

    Had called them thrice: (a) preventive maintenance, (b) replacement of inducer motor, and (c) service call on Saturday as the heater did not come on as expected. Good experience each time.
