We got a new air conditioner put in. The guys were polite and professional. They were on time for the work. They explained what they were doing throughout the process. They were all around just nice guys and professional and they got the job done on time which we greatly appreciated.

Just when we thought all hope was lost with regards to getting our air fixed through our warranty company, they finally got JFK involved. All we can say is Gary has been amazing!! While it's still been an uphill battle in figuring out what's wrong and fixing what the other guys broke, Gary has been right there for us doing everything he can to make things right. The customer service and dedication to do the right thing for the client puts them in a class all their own! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!!

This is a very good company work with. They were responsive, prompt, on-time, and reasonably priced. Rick was the HVAC expert that did my HVAC inspection and testing and he was thorough, took the time to explain what he was doing, and even offered advice for how to perform basic checks myself in the future. I would definitely call them again in the future if I have any issues.

Zach was at our place to fix plumbing issues below kitchen sink and he did a marvelous job. He fixed it so well that in future if there is an issue the entire pipeline doesn’t needs to be opened. Wonderful and knowledgeable person. He thoroughly tested each and every connection and ensured to leave the place Spic and span.

I recommend JFK Heating and Cooling to everyone! He's very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my "dumb" questions. We had to put in a whole new heating and air system when our 19 year old system finally kicked the bucket. He didn't try to over sell me the most expensive system. Instead he found the one that would work best for my home, and explained my choices, even down to the thermostat. They are very reliable, coming to my house 45 minutes away, in almost a foot of snow so my family could be warm. I was so impressed by how quickly, efficiently, and neatly they put in a brand new system. Not leaving behind any mess, just a nice new furnace! Thanks JFK! I'll never go anywhere else.

I called for service through my homeowners warranty company and was fortunate to be connected to JFK. Rick called to say that he was running early which was great news since I had been without heat since the night before. He found two problems, one he easily fixed, and one that requires an installation. Rick was very pleasant, professional , thorough, and he walked me through everything that he did while answering my many questions with a smile on his face. If I ever need heating and air service in the future, I will call JFK and request that they send Rick!
