Crane Heating and Air Conditioning

. I received a call asking if he could come earlier than scheduled. This was great! Professional and I have had him for many maintenance services. I have been a customer for 18 years. Two years ago I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Crane. Good price and service.

I have been using Crane for several years now and their employees are always very professional and polite. We had them install a new furnace and A/C unit in 2019 and everything went pretty smoothly. Their prices were very reasonable. The sales guy wasn't pushy ( I hate pushy sales guys). I also have had them service my furnace and A/C and it has also been a positive experience.

John is a great technician, always efficient and takes the time to explain any of the potential problems to be aware of.

Our air conditioning unit was not working in the evening. We called first thing in the morning had a repairman at our house by 9:00 a.m. and quickly diagnosed repaired the problem and found the part to be under warranty after it being 8 years old. I was shocked and thrilled at the same time. They could have easily have charged me for something else and I would have had no clue but they were honest and I would highly recommend them. Also this was one of the hottest days of summer so I was happy for the very quick response.

Technician was polite, friendly and helpful. Very pleased with him. However, I am very upset that the capacitor went bad only 3 years after the brand new system was installed.

Super kind and knowledgeable technician cleaned my furnace. He explained what they do, why they do it and how they can tell if my furnace is ‘healthy,’ with numbers that they check every year.

The tech was very professional, and fixed our issue immediately.

Our tech is always friendly and professional. Hope to continue to see him for our PM visits.

From talking with someone to schedule the visit, to the promptness and professionalism of the service tech, Crane is all about service with a very fair and reasonable price. I trust them to do the job well and to stand behind the installation.

Nice office people. Clean equipment and clean technicians. The service tech that came to my home was very rude and really didn’t care about the problem I was having. He got loud with me multiple times and I didn’t care for that. He interrupted me constantly and kept telling me facts. Wouldn’t hear the problem I was having and just kept telling me what he knew in his experience. Maybe he was having a rough morning I don’t know. I’d prefer them send someone else if they need to come out in the future.
