Customer service was great they go by appointments only so don't get here early due to very limited parking. The parking lot can get tight with all the cars but if you know what you're doing it's not a problem. Unloading time took an hour and It's one way in an out if you have a 7:15 am appointment you can park here overnight in dock 3 or 4 if it's available.

Called in for something guy did not even want to check on it I called other places and they told me exactly what I need to get this is the only location I hd a problem with others are nice and friendly reason why I only go to erlanger
