Annual maintenance. Very good. Technician is professional, and technically sound. Highly recommend!

Have been with Crane for biannual HVAC maintenance/repairs for ten years. They are very good about scheduling twice-yearly maintenance visits at an annual cost a little over $200. Technicians are always cordial and professional, and always call when they are en route. They always answer questions thoroughly and give estimates for upgrades/repairs when asked I have only been let down a couple times over the years when someone else’s emergency visit pre-emoted my scheduled maintenance and the company asked us to reschedule. I give four stars instead of five only b/c of the occasional cancelled appointment as described. Definitely recommend. Crane.

Crane has been easy to work with and their technicians are timely and professional. Crane tends to be slightly more expensive than some other service providers, but unlike Bryant and those others, Crane has never falsely claimed something is wrong with my system to make an extra buck (or hundreds of bucks).

The service technician was on time and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with an estimated cost for the work before proceeding. Once complete, the technician told us he had used less refrigerant than anticipated and charged us a substantially amount less than initially quoted. I should certainly use Crane again.

Called the crane who installed the hvac system in my house because our upstairs was warm. They lady explained and talked me into a cleaning bc it would be cheaper than having a service call to determine why. After waiting over a month for an appointment a repairman came out. I was Leary and asked multiple times that I was concerned about temperature differences between floors.

My wife explained the temperature was 10 degrees hotter upstairs. He did the cleaning and looked at the temperature difference. He stated it was not 10 degrees but only 9 and 7 to 9 degree difference was acceptable.

He started to talk about possible solutions to helping the issue and said we’d have to rip drywall up to get to the duck work but backtracked once my wife answered his question on who installed the duck work in your finished basement which ironically was THEM.

LONG STORY SHORT WE PAID 169 dollars for a cleaning and our upstairs is still hotter. 9 degrees not the 10 degrees I thought it was. Service guy was nice but didn’t really help us with our concerns we had.

All of Cranes associates did a fantastic job on my new home. They were very professional and prompt to answer all of my questions. It started with the layouts and bid from the office ,then to the installation of the duct work and furnace to the final installation of the AC unit and start up: I will be recommending Crane to others.

When my AC unit began to malfunction I called Crane Heating on a Monday morning. They scheduled a service technician to come that very afternoon. Clayton, the technician, diagnosed the problem quickly and determined that some parts needed to be replaced. He placed an order for the parts and said he would return the next morning to complete the repair, which he did. I was impressed at his competency and skill. He was quick in his work, and explained what needed to be done. He represented Crane Heating well. I was very pleased with the service I received from Crane, and expect to continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

John is great! We love him and ask for him to come service our air conditioning unit and furnace. He is one of the best! Very friendly and professional service.
