Our Service tech Scott called prior to arrival and did an exceptional job making sure our AC is working properly for the summer. Great company to work with. I’m very pleased with Corcoran & Harnist as my service provider.

The first warm day of the year, we tried to run our a/c and it wasn’t working, I called Corcoran and Harnist who had sold us the system 4 years ago.

I was able to get a next day appointment to address the issue. Jordan Clenney was the service technician who came out and he really tried to work with us to come up with the most cost effective solution. Jordan was professional and very personable. Even though the news for repair wasn’t the greatest it was still great customer service and I would recommend them.

I thought I had a problem with my new ac unit. Jordan Clenney was sent to check it out. Not only did he explain that I didn't have any issues, he went outside and cleaned the outside fan! Very professional and extremely pleasant.

We have used Corcoran and Harnist for almost 40 yrs. Starting with our 1st house for 15 yrs and our 2nd house for 22yrs. Our furnace and air conditioner are 22yrs old and they have always provided great service and care, making small repairs to keep things running efficiently! Jordan Clenney was our serviceman. He was extremely thorough and identified two problems that needed to be addressed (capacitor needed to be replaced and mold was found in our unit). Jordan came out on a Saturday, was friendly and efficient. He had our AC up and running again in no time.

Just recently,1/13/2023, had our heat pump and electric heating system replaced. The only piece that was good was the humidifier. The installers showed up early and never stopped until the job was completed. It took approx 5 hours to do the job. The installers were very friendly and professional. Kudos to your team for pushing through in getting this completed with such lousy weather. Corcoran and Harnist is my go to HVAC company. Great job all around
