I called at 9am. By 10:00am my AC was fixed! They had someone in the area and it was a small part that needed replaced. Chris was courteous, professional and super fast. I'm very impressed.

Chris was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable...he performed the repair perfectly and gave advice on future usage and maintenance... I gave 3 stars because C&H charged me $379.00 for a $18 part...that's not installation...that's just for the ignitor plus $179 after hours service(it was 5:30 pm)...but I called at 3:45
