When they installed the ductless A/C unit it worked okay until it had a high heat or cooling load. It would not perform properly. I told the service person about the issue. I monitored and recorded the times that it cycled on and off. They did not investigate the problem but assumed it was the line set and replaced it. A couple of months later in the cooling season it started cycling under load. I called them and they responded. The first service person could not find the problem. They had to call the service manager who had a special computer to trouble shoot the unit. After they finally found the problem they said that it would be hard to get the parts as this was new equipment. They ordered a complete new unit. Everything is now working as it should.

Matt arrived at the appointed time and provided the 6 month preventive maintenance like he always does. The HVAC system was cleaned and checked and functionality verified. The system has been operational with no issues since PM service.

Great company to use for all our HVAC needs. They are our annual maintenance company to keep things running smoothly all year long & we use them when we need a repair or replacement. Trustworthy company with polite employees.

Really liked Jordan Clenney he recommended power sergers for air and heat no one has done that before thinking about it

Extremely pleased with all aspects of doing business with Corcoran & Harnist. When I met with Ken (Sales Rep), I knew I was in good hands. Ken walked me through all my options, and gave me ample information in order to help me select which system would be best for my budget and home. 3 days later, Jim, Mitchell, Spencer and Jake showed up to install my new system. These guys really knew there stuff, and I was surprised how quick they got my system up and running. The techs at my home explained to me exactly what they would be doing and made sure I was comfortable with where things were going (exhaust for new furnace) and being moved to (duct work) before they even lifted a tool. They even left my basement utility area cleaner than how they found it! I would highly recommend Corcoran & Harnist to anyone who is needing HVAC work in their home, even my Grandmother!

They have provided twice yearly inspection and any needed service for our heating and a/c units for many years. Have always been very happy with all interactions.

The winter inspection and maintenance was very good. Along with that excellent tips on when oil is ordered and keeping a consistent temperature. Ways in which this maintenance helped to slow the use of oil during the winter.

First person I called was very nice. I called back to confirm details regarding my appointment and was met with a condescending attitude from a guy named Bill. Cancelled appointment.
