Crane Heating and Air Conditioning

Time between notification call and arrival was 50 minutes. The issue was handled in what I perceived to be a reasonable time frame. The service provider presented himself professionally. After the work the provider explained the cause of the issue, described the work done and offered continuing maintenance suggestions. I found the interaction satisfactory and it left me with a positive view of the business.

I called first thing on a Monday morning, and they were that morning to start up the A/C for a home where my special needs sister lives. Very understanding and accommodating. The technician was very kind to my sister as well

Crane had been very good. They installed the HVAC 4 years ago and come out every 6 months to do preventive maintenance. Smooth scheduling and the service men are knowledgeable and professional.

Shawn (w/ CRANE) was so very helpful in diagnosing and repairing our HVAC in our new home. CRANE sent him right over that Monday morning after we called and described the “humming” after changing the air filter. He listen to our concerns (and the unit), addressed it right away and pulled a couple of candy bar and cookie wrappers out from the blower motor (said we might be supervised how often it happen with a new build). Then he took a minute to help educate us on the system and what the most efficient configuration of fan/temp/damper settings would be; and what those changes would do.
The house has never been cool - and certainly quieter.

I used Crane for a massive renovation where they re-ducted my entire house and installed a new furnace and A\C unit. I have continued to use them for seasonal maintenance of my HVAC and they are always very pleasant and professional.

Due to weather, service had to be rescheduled. As a 20 year customer, I felt a quicker reschedule time would have been more appropriate then a 4 week wait. Then that had to be reschedule due to staffing for 10 days later.
