Crane Heating and Air Conditioning

We spent an entire night at home in freezing temperatures right before Xmas 2022. Michelle followed up on my message, she called back and said it will be difficult as there are so many emergencies in the area. She scheduled for Tuesday 12-27 at best. An hour or so later she called again to say that someone was coming to look at the furnace...that by itself was a great sign. Mike came, a nice, calm, experienced gentleman who got the unit going in short time. He explained the issue, straight to the point, he is courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate Crane's help. Crane has been our AC/heating provider for decades. They are excellent! Since we travel a lot, they always find a way to meet our timing needs.. sometimes on short notice! They maintenance and replacement personnel are very skilled and know theses systems inside out.
