Canal Winchester Heating & Cooling

We had Canal Winchester Heating and Cooling a couple of years ago an the experience was wonderful. They didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. A couple of weeks ago we weren't getting any heat, the furnace come on but no heat. Called and one of the technical support come out that day found the problem which was our fault but all was taken care of. I want to thank all who work for this companym

I was hoping I didn't get the news I received today, "You need a new furnace". As a first time homeowner, it's something you know one day will happened and pray you are prepared when it does. These guys worked with my family so that we could afford to stay warm during the winter months. We dealt with other companies that kept charging us to fix on the old one but still left us using space heaters. I can't express how thankful we are!! Mike was sent to our home because we had a problem with our heat. He was very professional and attentive listening to our 3 day long happenings that took place ultimately resulting in the decline of our system. He made sure to explain everything to us while he worked to find out what we needed. Not to mention climbing up and down stairs the entire time back and forth from the thermostat to the heating unit. We asked that he teach us how to use this new thermostat and he was more than informative. I would recommend him if I were to ever need someone back out here, as he is probably the best guy you have. The tech made sure to call and confirm the appointment and was on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the heating unit. It took only minutes to diagnose and perform the repairs in order to get my gas furnace up and running again.

They gave me the best estimate. They were polite and they helped me out and replaced the cracked tiles under the furnace. The air conditioner outside was a very neat job. The only thing that was annoying was the fellow destroyed the dry wall where the thermostat was placed.

Thanks for coming out today and resolving my furnace issue!! So Thankful they were able to move up our appointment. Matt was timely and precise, had heat with in 20 minutes of his arrival.

Both gentlemen who came seemed very confident in what they were doing. They caught something that no one had ever caught before. Hopefully, since it has been reset, my gas bill will decrease and my health is less apt to be disturbed. They were very succinct in explaining it to me. I am glad that you sent these two to me today.

Cory C and Greg N were just amazing. After a night of no heat, they were here promptly at 8 am and got my furnace running quickly. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

The rep who came to my house was promp and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem. I needed a new thermostat and he had the correct one with him. He quickly installed it and was on his way. I definitely will call Canal Winchester Heating and Cooling if I have further problems.
