We were having trouble with our air conditioner not cooling during a stretch of very hot humid days. Called them and got an appointment same day with a courteous and helpful customer service rep. Super prompt and professional technician. Absolutely will use them again!

Had appt set, but for some reason I thought I should call and confirm appt. Thank goodness I did, two techs had to leave so they were behind. So they wanted to reschedule. I took off work and they never called to tell me. Didn't even try to make a customer happy!

Called looking for someone to install an ecobee thermostat. Tried home advisory and the quotes were sky high. Theses guys beat the price and was available to come out the same day. The tech was awesome. Highly recommend them for any service

The technicians came out and showed up on time. They were very friendly and efficient with the job and cleaned up afterwards. They even took the time to help with another issue I was having. They came in and they got the job done pretty quick. They also cleaned up really good after themselves. And the price was not that bad. I would highly recommend five star in the future

Enjoyed the quick service in repairing my outside AC unit. A little pricey though. Please explain why I was charged $189 for a conductor, part p282-0311, when it only costs $14.13 on amazon? And a service fee. If someone wants to call me, I will definitely listen to this explanation.

Canal has been great! Installed a new AC unit that was amazing. Later we discovered a Freon leak, and they rushed out same day (20 mins after I called as they were concerned I shouldn’t been dealing with an issue on a new install so they wanted to make sure it was done right immediately l). I couldn’t be happier.

While I hope to not have to use them again, if I do have a problem they would be my first and only choice.

The technician who came to give us an estimate was very thorough and professional. Compared to another company that we had come out for an estimate, they went above and beyond to give us a fair price and also make us feel confident in their product and service.
