The tech that came out(Corey if you wanna ask for him specifically) was so awesome, and he was able to fit everything to my needs. He was very understanding with my financial issues and found me the best deal they have. I will definitely be using their services again based on this experience alone. Very professional.

I had CW H&C come and replace my furnace and A/C. it's not cheap, but the experience was actually quite simple and quick. estimate was given at time of my initial service call and within days I was all set with a new HVAC system. financing was painless and at 0% 60 months you can't go wrong. overall I'm pretty satisfied.

Repeat customer and called for an appointment they told me since my unit MIGHT be under warranty they are booking 2 1/2 weeks out. Told them they have charged me before. Just kept saying since it might be under warranty the are not scheduling warranty work due to the heat wave I even told them I will pay Just want the easy money Not professional. Last call to them after using several years

Service tech called to advise he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very efficient and polite. He commented on his findings and that all was working well. We're quite pleased with the service.

Great experience all around. Everyone was extremely pleasant, from the scheduler to the tech. The tech arrived within the scheduled time window. They got us up and going quickly and even stuck around to make sure everything was okay and to check overall performance in case anything else needed addressed. They easily could have pushed getting a new unit given its age, but they didn't. Good price. Good service. My only comment is: when scheduled, I asked they call my wife's number when the tech was about to arrive. The tech called my number instead (presumably since I was the one that originally called to set it up). Otherwise, we were very pleased with our overall experience. 5 stars.
