Shane arrived early than he was supposed to.He installed the inducer motor on furnace in 15 minutes ,then he started on installing a new in house humidifier.He told me it would take 4 hours total, and he was done less than 4 hours, while he was working he was talking to me about the steps he was doing and why.Once he was done he showed me how to operate the humidifier, changing the filter, controlling the damper for winter and summer,Shane cleaned up everything, very Professional. I would definitely recommend Shane to repair my HVAC

We've been pleased with the way work has been done. The tech has been friendly, polite and took care not to make any mess, including wearing clean show covers while in the house. They have been honest and up front about needed repairs and helpful in response to our asking about adding a whole house humidifier.

Absolutely LOVE this team! They are prompt, professional and very patient. They have been out to our house twice, and their team has always been honest and upfront about all maintenance and recommendations. NEVER an upsell or unnecessary recommendation. And their annual maintenance plan is an exceptionally good deal. Plus, it gets you PRIORITY house calls in the event of an emergency. They were bery helpful in explaining our whole-house humidifier operation. So glad we called them!

I had Canal Winchester H&C come clean out our vents earlier this month. The individuals were polite, professional, and informative during the process. I was very impressed with them. The only issue was that there was a scheduling error on their behalf and they accidentally scheduled a furnace tune up instead of a vent cleaning. However, they were able to come back out 2 days later, apologized for the issue, and gave me a small discount for their mistake. I would choose them again!

I had an AC unit stop working, and submitted a ServiceMagic request in the early morning in July 2014. They called within 30 minutes and were able to set up a same-day appointment. Upon arrival they quickly realized the fix was easy (compressor replacement) and were done within 30 minutes. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and the cost was far lower than what was quoted to me by the other service providers.

The servicemen were polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Would recommend!

During the dangerous heat wave last week our A.C. quit working. After calling our Home Warranty company we were told that the soonest they could get anyone out to look at our unit would be at least a week and that would be just to evaluate the problem. As the temperatures kept rising and the temperature inside our home was close to 90 degrees. We decided to try to find someone that could come out sooner than a week. Thank goodness we called Canal Winchester Heating and Cooling they were able to send one of their technicians, Noah, to our home early the next morning, he fixed the problem right away and was gone within one hour. Noah was very pleasant, professional, and explained everything to us as he was doing it. We would definitely recommend this company to everyone. we are very pleased with the service and the price it took to repair our AC.
