Ken was on time and very knowledgeable and help with the entire process, very professional and would work with him again. I have done business with this company for years and would requemened to anyone.

The tech was great. It is the business that is the issue. I needed to get a copy of my invoice and info from last year’s furnace check - info which is always needed for warranty or a home warranty. I was told they had changed software and could no longer access old records. As a technical PM, that is ludicrous and unacceptable. They obviously are there for the quick buck nothing more.

Chris Miller and his install team worked all day to install a new gas furnace and A/C unit, our old system, also installed by the company formerly known as Pickerington Heating and Cooling 17 and 1/2 years ago. I hope this new system works as well as the last, for it provided problem free comfort since 2007! When the install team started the new systems, they worked perfectly. Five Star sells good products with
expert techs to service them. We will continue to use this company for
our home comfort systems.

I was very impressed with Jacob, the young technician that came out Sunday to service our furnace. He was very professional, courteous, as well as friendly. He told me everything he was doing and how he fixed the problem.
He then talked to me about replacing our furnace since it was almost 22 years old. He went over a whole list of options and explained each one and the price difference. He then gave me his recommendation which wasn’t the most expensive one available.
I was given a couple of options that reduced my final price by $1,000. They came out 2 days later and removed the old furnace and a/c and installed the new along with an air purifier.
They were again very professional as well as courteous and friendly!
I am extremely happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend Canal Winchester Heating and Cooling to anyone. In fact, I already have. They will be first on my list to call with any h/vac need I might have in the future!

Called around 730 at night and they were able to schedule me for 8 am the next morning. They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future for all my HVAC needs

Fantastic customer service both at the call center and by the tech! I called before lunch and dispatch was able to set a same day appointment. He even called as a courtesy when he finished early at the previous job to ask if we would like an earlier appointment. Who doesnt want an earlier appointment when their AC is out? :)

If I remember correctly, Cory was the tech's name that came out to our home. He found the error another contractor made and was able to get my AC running in minutes for a very reasonable price! He was thorough in his explanation of our system and provided information on how to best maintain it in the future. If we have any other AC/heat needs, I will definitely call them again.

Everyone did a Fantastic Job! They fit us in on tight schedule. Professional, respectful of property, and friendly. Incredible workman ship and cleaned everything up when they were done. Very happy with our choice

I called this morning at 11 and was contacted back within 20 minutes of requesting an appointment. They said they had 1-5 available so I took it. Jacob got here and was very professional and fixed my problem as soon as he knew what needed to be done. I greatly appreciate his time and the fact I was able to get service and have my heat fixed the same day was awesome. I will recommend this business to anyone that asks, because my experience has been nothing but the best!! Please keep up the great work. It is very much appreciated!
