Cory and Nathan did a great job finding the problem. Both very nice and knowledgeable on my furnace. Cory has been out before and solved the problem on my furnace.

The staff of Five Star was amazing to work with. Very responsive and answered all my questions and responded even on a Sunday! They also installed a tankless hot water tank and water softener.

Jake was great and showed up exactly on time, fixed the issue and gave information to help with any issues in the future. No pressure with anything and they came out the same day I called even close to the holiday. Highly recommend!

Jake came within the time frame quoted and gave a 20 minute call ahead. He was polite and answered all questions I had. The issue was diagnosed and fixed in under an hour. He did not try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or a new furnace which was appreciated. Would use this company again.

I called about my AC going down right as a heat wave was starting & they had a tech that was able to come out on Sunday morning. He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgable about the system. He was able to fix it quickly!!!!

We have used the crew at Canal Winchester Heating & Cooling a couple times now and have been equally impressed each time. They are extremely responsive and had their technicians out to diagnose our problem as soon as we were available to meet them. When it became clear that we needed a replacement system, they were back the next morning to get it taken care of! They were extremely thorough, friendly, courteous and respectful! We'd highly recommend CW Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

Jacob M. is definitely a 5 star person!!! I would love to have him back again, when needed. All of your technician's have been great and that's why I keep coming back to you guys. I never get the feeling that I'm being ripped off & forced to do something and I appreciate that!
