I called Tin Man and set an appointment. Ken Hinton, the service manager, came out on 5/5/18, which was a Saturday. We discussed what we wanted to change with the way our current furnace worked, and we clarified all the details. Ken took the time to talk with the owner and tell him what we wanted to work out pricing, giving us a choice of three different packages. We selected one, applied for financing, and were approved. Ken then consulted his installation schedule and told us that work would begin on 5/7/18, and end no later than 5/11/15. Mike was the lead installer, and under his direction, the work was completed on 5/10/18. Being curious, even though I knew to stay out of the way, I poked my head into what had been done at intervals when they were outside doing other things. I asked questions and they were always answered to my satisfaction. At one point, I asked Mike if a certain white PVC pipe fitting was for the combustion makeup air for the furnace, and he told me it was. I told him that Ken had stated that the combustion makeup air would be drawn from the attic to help keep the house warmer, and after some brief discussion Mike changed it. The crew was polite and respectful at all times, and cleaned up after themselves very well. All in all, I was very pleased with the whole process. All of them displayed excellent, conscientious workmanship in everything they did. I would heartily recommend Tin Man to anyone that needs total system replacement, upgrades or repairs.

Tyler (the technician sent today) was professional, courteous and helpful. He was quick but also made sure things were checked thoroughly and done correctly. This has been our common experience with Tin Man since we started using their services years ago.

I was very happy for the excellent service. Chuck was very through about checking our heat pump & changing the filter & putting on a sensor. He explained how the heat pump works. He was very courteous & knowlegeable. I appreciate Chuck for the time he answered our concerns. I rate Tim Man a 10. They are tops . We have always called Tin Man for our needs since 2003.

Have had great service the couple times I have used them. Had to wait a few days for a part to get ac fixed last time, which i understand, but then the service guy shows up to install the part but didnt pick it up first. Had to leave and returned an hour later. Other than that odd occurrence, always friendly and clean up any mess. I will continue to use them.

My old furnace gave up on me, so had to have a new one. Tin Man replaced my furnace and AC did a great job took the old furnace and a AC cleaned up every thing. I think my basement is cleaner now than when they started. Very much satisfied with the quality of the products and the service. Would recommend Tin Man for any kind furnace work.

The guys were extremely professional, courteous and respectful. They did a great job, within the time they stated, and for the quote they gave us. Great company, I would recommend their services to everyone.

I would give the serviceman 5 stars. He was on time and he was very professional and he was able to explain what the problem was with the air conditioning unit. On the other hand I thought the charges were high. I had TinMan Heating come out last October, 2019 to service our unit and the charge was very reasonable. This time the charges were three times higher. That was quite the shock.

I called on a Friday night, thinking I would go a whole weekend without heat, but they sent someone immediately. Troy was great. He explained everything so clearly, that I understood exactly what was wrong with our furnace. He made sure we would have heat through the weekend since the part was going to need special ordered. He called and texted us updates through the weekend, to make sure we knew what was going on, and to make sure we were still warm. The part came in Tuesday, and he came right over to fix it. No more issues! We had a great experience!

Alex, the technician, came and checked our air conditioning! He was very friendly and checked all components of the system. He answered my questions and told me if we had any problems to contact Tin Man!! Excellent service!!! Highly recommend this company!

Michael, the technician just put a fan to push more cold air to upstairs room for further cooling. He was very professional, patient, explained all the questions I had. Tim man was on time and responsive. We stayed with Tinman with their service for 25 years. Michael, today was great !!
