I can't say enough good things about this company.. Techs showed up right on time, they were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They kept me informed the entire time on what stag they were in during my installation of my New Furnace. I would recommend them to anyone that would listen. I had another local Ashland company out before Tin Man, and was Very upset with the entire call. 5 Star service all the way.

Initially I spoke with Adam and he was awesome!!! Very friendly and quick quick quick response time!!! Holly came out the next day (could have gotten same day but our problem wasn't that extremely urgent) and she was awesome too!!! Both Mike and Troy were very personal and professional. Figured out my problem quickly... fixed it at a good price. Only problem is they would not drink any beer with me. Which at first I took as disrespectful 😁 But my dogs loved them so I cut em some slack..lol. But seriously...Great company, great people, great prices...they are now unequivocally my furnace and AC people.

Maverick, the technician, was here as early as promised. He was friendly and courteous and went to work with dispatch. He ran several tests, tried different strategies, and was able to get me running. He double checked things to make sure everything was operating properly. I give him an A Plus.

The HVAC tech who came to our home was very polite. In fact, our first appointment was missed because of a miscommunication between my wife and I and he just calmly rescheduled. However, our Geothermal system was misdiagnosed as having a failed compressor. I was given a "guesstimate" of anywhere from $3,000 for a compressor replacement to as much as $8,000 or more for a new system. After suffering a minor Coronary I got a second opinion approximately three days later. A faulty capacitor was found to be the problem. It was a $20 part. I called Tin Man back and asked for half of the diagnostic fee to be refunded, since we had missed an appointment. I was told that simply could not be done. Beware any company that doesn't stand behind their work. For any Geothermal work I would highly recommend Prime Electric.

Today’s tuneup call resulted in confidence that the furnace in our home is trustworthy and that there are no gas leaks, thanks to a thorough checkup be the technician assigned to the job. Tony carefully repaired the small leak then checked carefully to see that his repair was effective.

Professionalism all around. I had a tech come out. Then salesperson. Then installers. Extremely helpful in every way. All of them. initial phone call to installation was 2 days. I think we called them once in the past but never used their services. That will change.

Tin Man heating technician spent over 2 hours inspecting furnace and air conditioning purchased from them last year. Chuck was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, he took the time to clearly explain everything he did and showed me actual internal pictures of areas needing attention; explaining the cost for repair. Definitely, great customer service.

We called Tin Man for service in,a Sunday late afternoon. A tech came within 30 minutes. Our A/C was not working. He found the problem & resolved the issue. The problem was a surge problem. We had him install a surge protector for our unit. There are times that we lose power less than a minute due to storms & lightening. Now we are prtotected since this is a new unit since April. We are very happy with the service. They are a top notch company. Thank you Charles for your superb service.
