Customer service reps were very rude and disrespectful. Paid in full and work wasn’t completed for a week. I was told that repairs would be completed the next day. They ordered part but I was never updated on status of delivery. When I called for status update (once daily) at one point was told “We don’t order from Amazon “. I was blown away. My biggest concern was my 85 year old mother and the house was between 40-50 degrees.

Thumbs Up. Excellent service and knowledge. The A/C had a leaking issue and Brian quickly pointed out the issue and gave me a quote upfront. Once we had an agreement on the price, he started fixing it right away. He also checked the condition of my A/C unit and gave me advice on how to do some basic maintenance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I appreciate his great service!

Everyone I've dealt with has been super!! Adam gave me a few different options and I had the estimate the same day. Then when I called for installation, it was scheduled for the next Monday. The crew showed up to install it on time, were very professional and nice, and cleaned up after they were done. Couldn't ask for a better experience and will recommend them highly!

Aaron from TinMan was a gentleman, very knowledgeable, a good worker who took care of our needs. I would and I will, when asked, recommend TinMan to anyone who needs work on their system or needs a new systems because they are Goodman dealets.

Ádalene and my service tech (Rob?) at TinMan were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very glad to have them take over as a local business in Point Place. They were willing to help me as an out of state home owner get services completed on my home. Would definitely recommend them.

Alex was super knowledgeable and answered all of my heat/ac questions when servicing the furnace (and I had lots). Ended up having him come back and replacing an igniter in the furnace. Tin man will be coming back this spring to service the AC unit. Hopefully our furnace doesn’t go out this winter, but if it does I know who to call.

The technician was awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable! He came in after hours since I was trying to replace my thermostat with a new smart one and could not get it to work. I signed up with the company for routine maintenance twice a year.
I am so glad they were listed in the website for my thermostat. 👍

Was very impressed with Adam and Ian. They put shoe coverings on over their shoes, they were very polite, they were steadily and explain things to us and told us about the warranty and that through we would have service for a year and that we could buy service after that . Both young men were very pleasant. Caleb came in and took care of the thermostat and we have brick walls which is very challenging and he was very polite about it my husband asked him to do something extra with the backing on the thermostat end it was difficult to do drilling through the brick so my husband changed his mind about it and Caleb was just as nice as the other two young men. Would recommend Tinman To our friends. Thank you very much

I have only good things to say about this company. They are very courteous and professional. The men went about their job quickly and efficiently. They moved items back when they had to move them to do their job. I know it’s crazy to say but I feel like my house is warmer after the duct cleaning! Highly recommend this service to everyone.
