My furnace quit on Christmas day. I left a message and they were out the next day to evaluate the repair. Part was ordered and installed in 3 days. Great service and prompt response. Can't thank Tin Man enough.

We had been waiting over three weeks for another company to respond after giving us a quote. It was very cold (mid January), and our old furnace was not keeping up. A Tin Man representative reached right out to us upon searching for someone else to help us. The estimate was done same day, and the installation of a new furnace was done the next day.
