I had a good experience! My furnace needed a tune up and Tyler performed the maintenance. I was informed that the hot water tank needed replaced,after seeing the rust at the bottom of the tank and it being 12 years old I completely agree with him. Tyler did a complete inspection and cleaning of the furnace. I feel I could trust him with the advice he gave me and he offered all the deals and savings that Tin Man has right now. I would recommend this company to everyone because they are professional and trustworthy.

No one likes it when something like an air conditioner fails, but it is a big help when people like the folks at Tin Man come to the rescue. Maverick was great, and very friendly. They came right out and got things fixed the same day that the parts arrived. I'm very happy with these guys, I think you will be too.

Tin man was very prompt. I called with an AC problem and they were able to send out a technician within the hour. Troy spent three hours trying to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough and educated me every step of the way. He was able to provide multiple options for repair. He did a great job.

I cannot say enough about Tin Man based on my last experience! When getting the run around from our home warranty company, they fought for us and got us our replacement tank as expected! Installation was completed today with a level of friendliness and respect that isn’t received often. If they are a little more than the next guy, spend it! It’ll be worth it.

Central air was not working. Tinman came same day I called ; in just a few hours (and we are pretty far away). Employees are very personable and knowledgeable. So glad we found them !

I have a new geothermal furnace from Tin Man. Great company, great customer service. Technician explains everything. Installation was quick. Visits are friendly & to the point. Never had a problem with addressing any issues or concerns. I definitely recommend them.
