McKenna was prompt for my appointment. She got right to work. McKenna was able to get all the dirt and cottonwood collected on the fins cleared .She was friendly and was good at communicating. I am pleased with the results. My air conditioning unit is running smoothly now that its clean! Thanks Tin Man

Called to have my air conditioner looked at and they were able to send a tech out right away! Zach was very knowledgeable and straightforward about pricing and what issues we were dealing with an also issues we could face having an older unit. We will definitely be using them again when it's time to upgrade!

Zack showed up in the timeframe scheduled. He wore shoe coverings when inside my home. My A/C unit needed cleaning and Zack noticed that the coolant was leaking and almost out. He explained everything to me and had it fixed very quickly. I would recommend TinMan to anyone. I have a maintenance agreement with them to come twice yearly for a heating and cooling checkup.

We had a whole house system replaced by AirEez, a company which was purchased by Tin Man. We've had leakage issues since the install. Had Tin Man come check it out and put more feon in a 3 year old system. We had to pay hundreds of dollars each time. Was told by the installer on the 3 year that the AC parts were not still warantied, plus the system installed was not large enough for our house! We've been told the A frame in the house has a leak. Would not recommend them.

We've been using Tin Man H&C for years and have never had any bad experiences. Their employees have always been respectful of our home and very professional in their work. A special thanks to McKeena Berger who performed the annual furnace maintenance today.

Did a diagnostic. Their service fee is $98, which they neglected to inform me of until they came out.
My system is 4 years old and already has malfunctioned. I'm not happy with Tin Man.
