We had 3 men and 1 young lady in our home to install a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They were all very professional and respectful of our home. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything really well before they left! Would recommend them to anyone!

Called yesterday got out here this morning went through my ac and cleaned it service man was clean wore boot covers in side my home will use again

They were very friendly and told me exactly what they did and how to fix it he did a diagnostic on it

I appreciate how professional my repair technician was and how quickly the office workers got me scheduled. I talked to the technician and explained my issues and he ran some tests and diagnose the issue. Now my furnace is back to running like new and is maintained. We are ready for the winter season.

I had the pleasure of being introduced to this company by way of my home warranty. The previous company that my warranty company sent out to repair our furnace made two trips and still failed to accomplish repairing our unit. Tin Mans sent a tech out who exceeded our expectations by accomplishing the repair on one trip! The problem that the previous company had provided us was a misdiagnosis. I am thankful that Tin Man came when the other company bailed on us.

We have had Tin Man out to service or geothermal unit twice and they have done an outstanding job each time. Their service is prompt; same day or next day depending on when you call. No waiting days on end without heat or a/c. I highly recommend them.

The technician is very knowledgeable and friendly.I called the office and they send a technician right away My furnace is working again Would highly recommend them.

Had these guys out to replace a transformer initially. In so doing they found issues with a previous repair that had been completed by another company. They suggested it be fixed and wiring cleaned up.
On the second trip they removed some unnecessary items, installed a new thermostat, heat pump sensor, and re-wired. It took them some time and there were some issues but got it sorted out.
They were on time. They seemed to do quality work. They were professional.
If possible would give 4.5 stars due to price. But I’m fairly certain I got what I paid for. All home repair services are expensive. I understand that. Just hard to stomach that sometimes.
