Purchased a whole house generator and had it installed, very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth, great crew and service, would definitely recommend Jennings for your service needs.

Service technician was knowledgeable, replaced our humidifier with a newer model, he was courteous, cleaned up, gave us instructions on how it operates.

I would absolutely recommend this business. The representative I spoke with on the phone was great, very friendly and professional. They also told me who would be doing the work and then sent me a picture of who would be here. I live by myself, having that extra measure to show me exactly who will be here was a really great feature and relief for me. Matt was friendly, very knowledgeable, I really enjoyed talking to him. The price was affordable for the work that needed done. I will definitely use Jennings in the future.

Used this company in the past but this time had Matt come to help diagnose my heat issue. This guy was already quoting ridiculously high prices, like $950 for a vent damper? C’mon that’s blatant robbery! I picked up the same part at GRAINGER’S for $200. Then quotes me $1700 for the repair. Asked Mike in service to return my call no call back whatsoever. I’ll be using a more trustworthy company. Thanks for nothing guys. 👎🏻

Insanely expensive, wanted $1,250 to do a 30-45 minute gas valve replacement. I don't mind paying a fair labor rate to professionals but unless you're performing brain surgery or arguing before the supreme court that's not even close to a fair rate.
