    Wow!!! Steve did a great job representing his company. His company’s r reputation proceeds them and now I see why.

    It always starts at the top and the leadership of this company is doing an exceptional job of communicating and representing their values and beliefs.

    As a former business executive and owner I appreciate and look for companies that share similar values. In this case those values are doing the right and treating people with respect. That is why they have long term employees who truly enjoy their jobs.

He fixed our A/C unit, saving us a bunch of money and worked up a quote for a new system. We will definitely be calling them back when we are ready to replace.

    I expected to get a voicemail because it was Sunday before memorial day, but i actually got a representative to answer. She was very responsive and empathetic but explained that she could not make any promises and would probably not be able to get anyone out to me until Tuesday. I understood, but not even an hour later I get a call from Matthew and he says he's on his way. Matthew comes out to fix the leaking valve that had previously been replaced by Jennings (2 months prior). He was determined to find the cause of the leak and made sure everything was working as it should before he left. Best customer service I've received from Jennings yet.

    I live in a seventy-five year old house. From time to time, things need to be fixed, repaired or replaced. I ran into several electrical issues and called Jennings. Over the course of the work I had six men here. When all was said and done I realized and appreciated I had what had to be the “cream of the crop” here. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the jobs they did. It was perfect and I was pleased with the results.

    Highly recommend this company. My AC unit stopped working right after a heat wave. They were able to get someone out within a day or two, very affordable and my technician Greg was knowledgeable. I will be returning to them for my yearly maintenance!
