Everyone we have dealt with throughout the process of getting our furnace and a/c replace has been great. Dave came out because we had a faulty thermostat. Dave was awesome and hope we get to deal with him in the future for our maintenance. Thank you Dave.

Jenning's has great response time and their technicians are very friendly. The pricing was nearly half of what I've paid other companies and the entire process was a breeze! Matt was great to work with and did and amazing job!

They were 2 hours late, due to a prior commitment taking extra time and effort. They contacted me via text prior to showing up. Once they were here, they got right to work and were very professional and quick with the service. If they would have been on time, I would have given them 5/5.

They replaced our water heater. We called Monday morning because we had no hot water and our water heater was leaking. Mike Ellis came out at 9 am and was done by noon!

Jennings employee, Conner, was here for A/C tuning after install & to start the season. Great communication skills. Professional & thoughtful while doing his repair... in & out of the house. Great job, Conner. Would highly recommend Conner as a worker & Jennings as my HVAC company.

Prompt, professional and thorough. They got to us quickly when we expected our sump pump was not functioning properly. A big mess and flooding in our basement was avoided. Always know that I can depend on the quality of their work. They explain everything and encourage questions. We have used them for HVAC and plumbing. We will continue to use them for any needs in the future. Paolo, plumber, was top notch.

Mark was efficient and helpful in explaining his inspection of my system. He provided information concerning the electronic filter and other devices, as well. Also, he was kind to my blind pup who barked at him!

We have used Jennings for our furnace installation and now our a/c installation. They also did our daughter's condo furnace installation last December. We have found them very knowledgeable and honest. There was a problem with our daughter's installation and they were out to rectify the next day. It's not an issue if there is a mistake, it's how it is handled. We were very pleased.

Ryan was completely professional, informative, and transparent. He explained what went wrong with our furnace, the repairs needed, and went through all options available to us to get the repairs done. He explained how everything worked so we could understand how the furnace functions and how it can/did fail. He was easygoing and not pushy in the slightest. No smooth talking sales pitch and no pressure to commit to more than what was necessary. His presence and knowledge was most appreciated and we will be sure to use Jennings in the future.
